Bourbon Aji

A special filter coffee from Finca Anaya, produced by coffee farmer Sergio Aranda. Crafted with the Bourbon Ají variety and a co-fermented natural process, this coffee offers a smooth and comforting cup.

Expect notes of hazelnut, milk chocolate and vanilla, complemented by low acidity and a sweet, mellow character.

Recommended for filter brewing.
