Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

However, you may request a review or replacement in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The product arrived in poor condition

  • You received the wrong item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • A description of the issue
